Been going to Absolute for a few years now. Love the friendly vibes at the i12 studio. Fave instructors: Arlene, Nicole Y, Zul, Louise, and Danielle. Each of them bring something unique and special to the pilates classes, but all of them help me elevate my practice and I really feel stronger after every class! And a special shoutout to the front desk staff! You guys are the best! 🙊🫶

And all the instructors each of them brings such great energy and clear guidance, and you can really tell they care about helping you improve while enjoying the workout. A truly transformative instructor Alicia is one of the most inspiring spin instructors I’ve ever met. She has a rare ability to bring out growth in every rider — not just physically, but mentally as well. Her classes always have an incredible flow, and you can feel the intention behind every track, every push, every moment of recovery. What makes her stand out is how deeply she understands people. She knows exactly when to challenge you and when to guide you gently. Her motivational words never feel generic; they land at the perfect moment and somehow make you believe in yourself a little more each time. With Alicia, a spin class becomes more than just a workout. It becomes a space where you reconnect with your mind, your strength, and your resilience. She has also created a beautiful sense of community in her classes — riders who genuinely care for one another, root for each other, and grow together. A beginner in reformer pilates, one month in the studio & just extended my membership, as I'm thoroughly having a motivating experience. I personally enjoy instructors Nadia & Arlene's sessions as they are filled with positivity. They have both been patient with me during the group sessions, helped me correct my postures when I'm not doing it right and continue to inspire me to show up for myself regularly.
