Nice gym, used to come often when visiting the shopping center. but now it has very strong chemical smell after renovation. It has been a few months, but inside the smell is still strong and i cannot bear for more than 20 mins. Not sure whether the smell is harmful to health.
View on GoogleHad an encounter with this Malay employee at this gym today who was downright rude and couldn’t be bothered to help. He made the situation unnecessarily awkward and heated. I wasn’t about to give him the satisfaction of a reaction and left immediately. If that’s the kind of service you think is acceptable, then congratulations — you’ve just lost a customer. I won’t be coming back.
View on GoogleBest gym ever!! The lady chinese staff was very rude I think like she owns the whole gym, I scanned in when she was playing her phone and oi me when she thought I didn't not scanned in, she did not apologise after that as well. I know it's a public gym and I love the way I am treated like a peasant. This gym not train your muscle but your mentality as well. I love how the staff can use their phone and be so rude it's such a good job. Pls hire me.
View on GoogleAlthough ActiveSG shows the gym capacity as only 35% full, there were actually many people in the gym. So I wonder how did the system compute the capacity. It’s rather misleading. Anyway, I would avoid peak hours from 530pm to 8pm. Especially every Singaporean has $100 ActiveSG vouchers to spend. So it makes the gym more crowded now.
View on GoogleDefinitely one of the really good ActiveSG gyms, especially on the Western side. While you gotta follow the usual SportsSG rules, the staff are usually happy to show you around and clarify workouts. Was surprised to see them this attentive. Can be a bit crowded during peak timings but well equipped with facilities and spacious. Would definitely recommend over pricier options.
