The facilities are clean and the environment is comfortable. The staff are friendly. This gym is my first choice for effective workouts.

I am very disappointed with this gym’s cancellation policy. Despite multiple attempts to cancel my membership, the process was made unnecessarily difficult and my requests were repeatedly refused. These restrictions were not clearly explained at the time of sign-up. Good facilities do not matter if customers feel trapped by unclear and rigid policies. I joined this gym expecting fair and transparent terms. Unfortunately, when I needed to cancel due to medical reasons, the gym continued billing me despite my requests. I am a foreigner, and because medical costs in Singapore are very expensive, I sought treatment from a doctor in my home country. I fully complied with the gym’s terms and conditions, which do not state that overseas medical certificates are not accepted. However, the gym rejected my valid medical documentation based on an undisclosed rule that was never communicated beforehand. This lack of transparency is misleading and unfair, especially for foreign members. In addition, the club manager, Joey, responded to my emails with significant delays, which further impacted the resolution of my cancellation request and reflects poor customer service. Overall, this experience has been frustrating and disappointing. The prolonged refusal to process my cancellation, delayed communication, and warnings of additional charges caused significant stress and emotional distress. I would not recommend this gym unless you are absolutely certain you will never need to cancel your membership

Date of Incident: 13 December 2025 Time: Around 1:00 PM I would like to take this opportunity to compliment the gym staff named Zik for his professionalism and courage. During my visit today, I was harassed by another gym guy — a creepy bald-headed Karen uncle (that appear to be in his 40s). Feeling uncomfortable and unsafe, I immediately approached Zik for assistance. Zik responded promptly, handled the situation firmly and calmly, and stepped in to protect me. Zik showed exceptional bravery and professionalism, and his actions made me feel safe and supported. I am very grateful for how he handled the situation, and I believe he is a credit to the gym. Thank you for having such responsible and attentive staff!

Clean and cosy gym with a great vibe. One of the best parts about this gym is Axel — he’s not just a staff member, but also a great gym buddy! He’s super friendly, always willing to guide and help, and makes working out feel less intimidating. Joey is also very nice and approachable. The space is clean, well-equipped, and never too packed. Perfect for anyone who prefers a more personal and comfortable gym environment!

Friendly Staff, great gym environment, newly renovated, near to the Admiralty MRT, there are food options near by such as subway and food courts. Gym may get crowded during peak hours however members are friendly will share.
