My friend and I went to register. We spoke with the receptionist and explained our situation: we were going to train for 15 days but had paid for a month. The agreement was that we would each pay an extra 100 SGD, and at the end, when we returned the keys, he would refund the money. When the 4th arrived, I went to return the keys. The person who attended me was a guy who claimed to be the manager. He said we had bought the keys and that he wouldn't refund any money. I explained that I had agreed with the other person who attended us and made them sign a document, and I asked her to call the person who attended us so I could speak face-to-face. Even so, I was ignored. I have all the screenshots of the conversations and can prove everything I'm saying. I don't recommend this branch. Or, when you register, record everything that is agreed upon, make a video, so that this doesn't happen to you too. The location where this happened was Anytime Fitness Cantonment Road.
View on GoogleThis gym, along with its receptionist, acted improperly towards me and my friend: We inquired about the price for one month and were given the amount we paid. We filled out the form and were then told that we would have to pay for the access key, which cost $100 (SGD)... and that at the end of the month, or when we returned the keys, the amount would be refunded to our account. We returned the keys even before a month had passed, as we had already said we would be leaving on December 4th, 2025. When we returned the keys, the entire agreement had changed. They told us that the key had been purchased and that there would be no refund... And the employee who received us on the day of registration assured us that the refund would be processed after the keys were returned, and he even gave us documents to sign, which we did. Be careful, tourists, and keep proof of everything. It was an act of misconduct.
View on GoogleHonestly paying a membership for unclean equipment and toilets is a bit much. There is no upkeep of cleanliness with toilets full of flies and stains of others fluids, even cockroaches. and it has been the same for days, maybe even weeks. I come every morning to the same level of cleanliness; it's a bit much. Please do something about it, if not, what's the point of paying compared to a local, cheaper gym?
View on GoogleWonderful staff and friendly local gym. Other gyms are overpriced, charging up to SG $60 for one time gym use. Anytime Fitness allowed me to use the well equipped gym, their hospitality was a highlight of my trip. Come here if travelling, and also living here.
View on GoogleA strange AF located right opposite Cantonment Police Station. It's a 4-storey shop house. The 1st level kinda has dungeon vibes, very gritty, low ceilings, 1 squat rack, smith machine, leg press, deadlift platform and dumbbells up to 50kg. L2 has cardio machines and a couple of random plate loaded machines. L3 is all Life Fitness machines with the cable stack as well. At L4 there's a random glute extension and back extension as well as dual pulley cables. Overall it's a little bit small and narrow but decently well equipped. The showers are very tiny though and aren't exactly the cleanest around. Overall a convenient gym if you're in the area but loses a couple stars due to cleanliness/maintenance and inconvenience of the 4-floor layout. Not ideal for leg day cos you'll have to climb stairs haha.
