Would give 0 stars if possible. I have gone to this gym for several months, and this will be my last month here. This gym is one of the worst gyms I've ever tried. I'll jump straight to the point: 1) Poorly maintained equipment and environment - The gyms smells - especially the toilet, since it's underground. And the aircon makes the smell worse. The flooring is damaged, cable machines are consistently broken and unfixed. Some of the padding's are exposed. 2) Low quality equipment & poor machine selection - Some machines have terrible range of motion, for example the back row machine; If you have long arms then don't bother coming here. The lat pulldown machine here literally diverges away from the back muscles, so what's the point? There's always a machine that's out of bound so you will find yourself questioning your membership. 3) Repairs takes months to happen. If you report a problem (like faulty machine) they may be fast to respond. However, it takes a long time for the problem/machine to actually be solved. Final comments: Just take a look at the photos and judge for yourself :D

Ark Grit Keat Hong has been an amazing place to work out! The gym is always spotless, and the range of equipment available is excellent, catering to all kinds of fitness needs even to beginners like myself. Everything is well-maintained, so you never have to worry about equipment being out of order. The gym’s interior is aesthetically pleasing and well lit as well, making it a great environment to stay motivated and safe. I also appreciate the great ventilation system, which keeps the space comfortable and fresh. The staff are incredibly responsive—whether through messages or in person, they’re always friendly, helpful, and quick to assist. The rates are extremely affordable too. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a quality gym experience!

24/7 gym that is clean & very well-equipped. Just take note that their water cooler is in the washroom. However, the washroom could do with some automatic air-fresheners…. A hidden gem in the west. 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
