I've been training with Eugene since September and am very happy with how things are going. He's a great coach, incredibly knowledgeable, and knows and understands your requirements and tailors his sessions accordingly. He gives great tips on extra things you can do to see better results, and talks about the importance of nutrition and good eating habits. Though young, Eugene is very experienced, patient and very motivating, he knows how to push you just the right amount to go further.
