East side, best side! Honestly, one of the best BFT studios in Singapore - hands down. I've been to a few outlets, and generally the concept & programs are the same across the island but the coaches in Katong are very hands-on and involved with what they do. They have great energy, and the members work extra hard here as well for some reason, so I can't thank them enough for driving each session. Really enjoyed my experience every time and appreciate their passion. Keep up the amazing job guys!! I'm hooked for more.

I joined BFT Katong for just over a year, and it has been an incredible experience from the start. I recommend BFT Katong (actually in Goodman) to anyone young (majority of the attendees) or senior-but-not-so-old (like me) who is looking for a studio to exercise in group to stay fit. The coaches remember every attendee personally, are enthusiastic and helpful. I also like the spacious outdoor area for me to do more stretching exercises and cooling down after each session. The attendees are friendly and encouraging. All in, they make you want to come back regularly if not daily to exercise.
