Wow! Has it just been 4mths that I joined Paya Lebar? From Day1, this feels more like hanging out with friends hence I show up at least 3-4 times weekly. Finally a warm and efficient gym that I am not wasting money 🤣 Finally exchanged fat for muscles, able to do push ups, learned nutrition and so much more!! I didnt feel awkward when I first started; the onscreen instructions, the coaches guidance, tips and encouraging smiles from other gym mates really count! Big shout-out to coaches JiaYing, Chris, Blake, Ric for the guidance and warmth radiating with every fist bump 🤛🏻. You shld see Coach Latiff with his dance moves 😜 I brought my son to join me at BFT and will highly recommend to anyone looking to make a change in fitness and mindset to come experience why Paya Lebar is different and outstanding.

BFT Paya Lebar is a welcoming studio with great coaches and genuinely supportive members! I joined the studio about five months ago and was initially hesitant about coming alone. However, everyone was so friendly and approachable that I felt welcomed immediately. If you’re thinking of starting your fitness journey and are worried about having no one alongside you, don't hesitate to just come in for a class! You’ll feel welcome and definitely make new friends. Plus, the coaches will teach you the right form even if you’re a beginner. I've definitely seen a noticeable boost in my strength and cardio. Highly recommend!

I’ve been joining BFT for 1.5 years, and it has really changed my life! I knew nothing when I first came to the studio. The trainers here are very helpful and friendly. I wouldn’t have survived even two weeks if they hadn’t encouraged and paid attention to me. It’s definitely beginner-friendly — you just need to show up, and you’ll start noticing improvements. Unexpectedly, I’ve also made friends here. I love it so much! ❤️ If you’re keen to try, just drop by the studio and experience it for yourself 🤭😋

BFT Paya Lebar truly lives up to its tagline — “our happy place.” Coaches are encouraging, workouts are challenging(& fun), community vibe is unmatched. Every session is a boost of energy and good vibes. It’s more than a gym; it’s a place I look forward to showing up at, sweating it out, and leaving stronger than when I walked in. I’ve been with BFT for 3 years and it’s been life-changing. I joined for the structured, science-backed training and stayed because of the amazing results, supportive community, and incredible trainers — Maria, Sandra, Nicolette, Blake, Zec, and Eugene.
