He doesn't just run a generic program, he pays close attention to your form, your feedback, and even your physiology. I never knew I was double-jointed in my elbows until Jeremy pointed it out during a session. Instead of just noting it, he took the time to explain how that affected my form and was a potential injury risk. He then immediately tweaked my exercises by suggesting subtle adjustments to my grip and range of motion to ensure I was building strength safely and effectively. It was a revelation to learn how to work with my body instead of against it! Cornerstones support goes far beyond the gym floor. When I started my PT sessions with Jeremy, he ensured I was fueling my body correctly, taking the time to teach me about my exact nutritional needs during the training period. He offered practical advice on what to eat to support my energy levels and recovery, making the connection between the hard work in the gym and the necessary nutrition. It’s this holistic, personalised approach that makes all the difference. View on GoogleI recently concluded 15 sessions of PT with Victoria. Working with her has been a very enjoyable and positive experience! From our very first session, she took the time to really get to know me, gave me sufficient time to work through the exercises with sufficient breaks, brought great energy and motivation to every session, making it easy to stay engaged and committed. She’s very knowledgeable about a wide range of exercises and was quick to tailor workouts to fit my physical condition on any given day. Whether I needed modifications or an extra push, she was always there to support me and pushed just enough to help me do more than I thought I could. It also helped that she has some personal experience with and knowledge of my conditions, she was always careful to make sure that I was okay. Beyond the sessions, she also provided valuable tips on nutrition that helped me make smarter choices in my daily meals. I am not one to go on strict diets but Victoria really gave me great advice on food swaps, alternatives, front loading protein etc. Thank you so much Vic! I’ve really enjoyed my sessions with you! Cornerstone is also very cozy, which adds to my experience there! I wanted to find a space which wasn’t too crowded with many people milling around. This was a good fit for me while starting out on my personal health & fitness journey, and I would highly recommend!

From the start, she has been patient and incredibly attentive, always listening to my needs and goals. Ashley makes it a point to check in at the start of each session, and sometimes she adjusts the session plan when she hears that I may be experiencing some aches / tension in order to focus on those particular concerns. She has been helping me build strength and resilience in a way that feels sustainable. Every session is thoughtfully planned - challenging but never overwhelming. I leave my sessions feeling energised. My body feels healthier and stronger after training with Ashley, and these training sessions have also become a great way for me to manage the stress of work. They give me the space to reset, refocus, and take care of myself. I am glad I made the decision to start training with Ashley. If you're looking for a trainer who truly cares and supports your journey, I can't recommend her enough.

From the very first session, I’ve felt challenged, motivated, and supported every step of the way. I also really appreciate the personalized nutrition advice Ashley gives to complement the strength and cardio training. The workouts are always fun and dynamic, with plenty of variation to keep things fresh, yet tough enough to push my limits.
