Training with JJ is a fun experience and I look forward to it every week. He is a fun person to work with, but he also makes sure to push me to my maximum. I have become much stronger training with him, and I highly recommend him as a trainer.
View on GoogleDid a session with JJ on Technique Mondays.. OMG... i have to say it really builds up (pun intended).. We started off with fairly basics.. easy to follow, streamlined routines.. split into levels 1-8 for easy understanding.. JJ adds in fun moves here and there and it really helps takes your mind off the intensity.. the sets can be scaled up and down according to individual's strength.. so if u're a beginner like me, by level 5/6... i gotta scale back down to the easier levels.. will be aiming for level 8!!!!! definitely gonna feel sore tomorrow.. but nevertheless.. a great way to start the week off with a pump of endorphins!!

View on GoogleNever thought I’d look forward to working out, but I’ve been training with JJ for two years and it’s fun and fulfilling! The sessions are always upbeat and interesting and he sets a pace that’s not punishing, but tough enough to produce results that keep me motivated. JJ is a stickler for form and knows exactly what to look out for to help me improve, while remaining a patient guide. I’ve become stronger, trimmer and more confident in what my body is capable of.
