Training under Max has been one of the best decisions I've made in a long time. Just so happened that his chosen training location is just a stone's throw from where I live and that makes it even more enjoyable. In 2 months, I’ve gained strength, muscle mass, improved my posture and mobility. His deep knowledge in physiotherapy, myology and his vast experience as a fitness and military trainer adds to the value of his sessions. I definitely learned a lot from him and debunked many myths. Max is also a great motivater during workouts. While pushing me to my limits, he is also constantly looking out for me and making sure that I don't sustain any injuries from the training. I am in my mid-60s and realized I needed to step up my exercise to include more strength training - and I really didn’t know how to efficiently and effectively do that on my own. I saw Max in the gym working with another client and was impressed with his approach. We have been working out for about 4 months now, and I can say that it has been a transformative experience. My posture has improved so dramatically that one of my friends commented that I look taller! There are many other improvements too - my core is tighter and stronger, my chronic back pain has ceased, I’m overall stronger, I’m starting to develop arm and shoulder muscles, my clothes are no longer tight across the hips. I’ve just started in on new exercises to strengthen my obliques! We have also worked on balance and exercises to promote healthy ankle and foot strength.
