A plus is the relaxing set-up and the nice new shower facilities. Found this to be a great activity to do with a friend, taking turns switching between ice bath and sauna. First time dipping the ice bath cldnt last long but after few dips slowly the body will adjust to it. Felt very relaxed and i could sleep well afterwards. Sauna is very clean too, definitely recommend for muscle relaxation !
