Doing my PT business here at Freedom Gym, equipments are top notch and equipments are well maintained. Out of my 10 years of training in the gym, Freedom gym has given one of the best experience based of equipment quality, gym etiquette of members and trainers, and changing room facilities Most importantly, the gym has friendly and supportive front desk staff, more specifically Yvonne, has been very pro-active and supportive, making sure that administrative side of things are smooth, and well managed.
View on GoogleTrainer Christine is very nurturing and motivating. I like that she focuses on form and works according to the client’s pace. She deserves 5 stars for being client centric and she is the only reason why I go to the gym. The three stars is the rating for the gym environment. The music is way too loud and meaningless! Upbeat or energetic does not mean playing noisy meaningless music. It is annoying and creates a very angsty vibe especially when the gym is crowded. After a long day at work listening to such music in a gym when some clients r huffing and puffing as they work out just makes the whole atmosphere heavy. Please consider tuning down the volume or change the genre to music that r less angsty and annoying.
View on GoogleEdit: The gym is very strict about the 2-hour time slot for PT, so it’s hard to clear my step count for the day on the treadmill. The escalator leading up to it has never worked since I started going in August. I’m not complaining about having to take the stairs. It’s about keeping up the elite and premium brand and image of the gym. Original: I’ve been receiving personal training here since early August this year. Daniel is an excellent trainer. It’s expensive here but it’s worth it. My exercise and workout is only half of what Daniel takes care of. He’s strict with me on my diet and lifestyle too. He’s the fifth personal trainer I’ve been under. His expertise, dedication to clients and professionalism put the other four to shame. The gym is also very well equipped. The staff and other trainers are friendly and polite. So far, I haven’t experienced any jerks here. There’s a clean and modern changing room with free lockers and showers. Towels are provided too.
View on GoogleAmazing beautiful gym with bright shiny new equipment. One day use was expensive $50. I went to several gyms in Singapore, and they all seemed to be “trainer-oriented,” meaning a walk-in work out was an anomaly; however, I did my thing and had 3 days of good workouts. Freedom Gym — not surprising — like most, is a small space packed with functional equipment. I find early morning or middle of the afternoon best times to work out and avoid a crowd. Same here, by 10 it was packed and you’d be hard pressed to find equipment you want. The pictures do it justice. It is a beautiful gym. Just go during off hours or you will be competing for weights. RECOMMENDED.
