Great place! Both Desmond and Gladys are really friendly and effective Personal Trainers! If you want to become fit and lean go look for them for training!! They have very cute kitties too at the gym!!!

Hard to find a gym that allows single drop ins for travelers. I was able to schedule a drop in. Had everything I needed. Power rack and machines 👍 and a few cute kitties
