I completed a 10-week personal training program and it has truly changed my lifestyle. My diet has completely transformed — even my favourite mala xiang guo is no longer a craving, and I now naturally choose healthier meals. I’ve built the habit of exercising almost daily, which has helped me live a more balanced life. Checking my steps and making sure I hit 10,000 steps a day has become the norm. When I first stepped into the gym, I didn’t even know what my goal was. I simply told Archie that I wanted to lose about 7kg. By the end of the program, I had lost 10kg, which is incredible. My next goal is to start gaining muscle. Thank you, Archie, for the guidance, motivation, and support throughout this journey.
View on GoogleI started out at 84kg, did 1 season (10 sessions, once a week) with Archie, and lost 12 kg (I'm currently 72kg). The results were very visible; I lost count on the number of times people commented that I lost weight. My grandma even told me to stop losing weight, else she can't recognize me anymore. That's how drastic a result you can get from just one season. But ultimately, it also depends on how determined you are to follow through the PT plan. For me, since I already put in the money, might as well make my money spent worth it haha. A bit more on Archie - she's a joy to work with, and she's definitely a discipline master that helped me stay on track in terms of my diet (which I really needed). It wasn't about counting calories and macros - that felt very overwhelming for a beginner like me. Rather, she just focused on what I should eat, and the portion size. I ate well and was not hungry during this period actually. Just have to hold back at times. Archie is also very helpful in recommending good alternatives to help satisfy my cravings but won't affect my diet too much (e.g. when I want to snack on something with crunch). I learnt how to eat well and now, even after PT (it's almost 2 months past) my body is not the same anymore. I crave for healthier and more nutritious food, and I don't like unhealthy food as much anymore. It's really a lifestyle change. I'm more aware of what I'm putting into my body.
View on GoogleI recently completed 2 seasons (20 sessions) with Jas, and it has truly been life-changing. I lost close to 10kg by the end of my first season, and by the second season I was learning about maintenance, proper form, and building real gym confidence. I still remember how lost I was during my very first session — now I can walk into a gym on my own without hesitation. Jas is incredibly knowledgeable and professional, yet genuinely fun to train with. Our 7am sessions never felt dreadful; in fact, the hour always flew by because she’s humorous, encouraging, and knows exactly how to keep you engaged. She made this whole fitness journey so much less painful with her patience, practical tips, and constant encouragement. She guided me, pushed me (in the best way!), and helped me build habits I’ll actually continue after the program. And most importantly, she taught me how to get back on track after those “lost control” meals — without guilt. Yes, you still need self-discipline to manage your diet and show up, but having the right PT makes all the difference. Highly recommend Jas — very satisfied with my results and incredibly grateful for the confidence she helped me build. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
View on GoogleI really enjoyed my training sessions with Danny at HORC! He is encouraging, friendly, and always takes the time to demonstrate every movement before execution. I trained with him from September to November and during this time managed to gain strength and lose weight. As a mum of two, I really appreciated how he tailored the program, both the workouts and food recommendations, to suit my schedule. Even when my weight plateaed, he continued to check in and also provided practical advice to help manage it. Already looking forward to Season 2 of training with him!

Through the 10 weeks programme, I’ve lost 6kg but gained confidence in going to the gym on my own, discipline in controlling my intake (no more mindless eating!) and a whole new understanding of what my body can do. Danny is a super motivating and friendly trainer, who makes going to the gym accessible and something to look forward to. His encouraging style helped me to stick to the plan to achieve the results I’ve had. Highly recommend Danny as well as HORC in anyone’s fitness journey!
