I've been training with Jon for the past year, and he has definitely helped me achieve my goals. He has made my forms a lot better compared to the PTs at FF (which made me hurt my back previously) and they can just leave me alone at the station. However, Jon changed that perspective and made me feel comfortable during the sessions and I really enjoyed them a lot! I am still continuing my sessions with him, just because we have made so much progress till date! (just because I didn't diet and hit the gym myself.. that's on me...) but a huge SHOUT OUT to you Jon!!
