Not sure whats the use of front desk people? On a saturday 22 nov at 11.40am, they just using phones literally 24/7 - only to turn doWn anyone Who cannot purchase passes cos their phone died? Like, whats the use here at the front desk if you can't? Like do something? And instead of laughing maybe provide a viable solution for someone who has came down all the way. i HATE it here it truly is the service in lowest form - do better sportsSG PLEASE

DAY 2 UPDATE: 10/09/25 4:47pm Back in the gym today and there are MORE THAN 5 people with their water bottles not on the shelf. Staff present better wake up your ideas. Yesterday was a targeted approach. 09/09/25 1:20pm. Staff to visitor reminder here feels targeted. Got sounded to put my water bottle on the shelf but the female chinese staff on duty ( wearing blue) turned a blind eye on other visitors who do not have a gym towel, ESPECIALLY ON MACHINES AND BENCH. There were multiple mind you.

Lots of gymrat taking all the benches/ machines for using phone for all day
