i cannot recommend this gym and their 6 week challenge enough! i’ve really enjoyed the variety of the programmes as each class is different, so it keeps things super fun and refreshing! it’s an amazing feeling not having to plan your workout and all you gotta do is just show up and have fun 😬 the small group size is also very ideal because i get enough 1-1 time with the trainers to seek guidance on how to use the machines, check my posture, ask questions, etc. but most importantly, the trainers are all wonderful 🥹 special shoutout to Jones, Dong En, Julianne, Justina (as i’ve trained with them the most) for all being super encouraging, enthusiastic, knowledgeable and professional. they all know how to push you to the sweet spot where you aren’t too overwhelmed, but you end up feeling really satisfied with your progress and how far you’ve come. thank you Max Out Fitness for everything! 🫶

Most notable is the work done by my trainer, Javier, to customize my program according to my goals, fitness level condition and schedules. They do not rush you but are very encouraging for a new joiner and first timer. The gym is well equipped with lots of equipment. The place is clean and spacious too. Melvin is also very helpful in providing advice on having healthy meals. Adding on, he is fast in replying to your messages. I highly recommend Max Out to go to the gym for workout 🏋️♀️ 💪
