I started training with Jasmine as she was highly recommended by my daughter. As I’m pre-diabetic and have osteopenia, my goal is to build muscle to help with these 2 conditions. I was also starting to feel some pain in my pelvic floor sometimes when I walked for very long. I shared these concerns with Jasmine from the first session and she designed the training sessions to alleviate the pain. Just after 2-3 sessions, I don’t feel the pain anymore - a huge relief for me! And after 7 sessions (approx 2 months), I gained 1kg of muscle, great progress for a 60yo 🤭. Jasmine is a great trainer. She is very focused during the training sessions - she monitors closely while I do the reps to ensure that I do it correctly, takes notes on the exercises and weights achieved during the sessions, and tracks my progress every week. She also makes the sessions fun with the variety of strength training exercises. Can’t be happier to have found a trainer who is really passionate about helping her students, especially senior ones, get stronger. Thank you, Jasmine, for helping me on my fitness journey! ❤️

From day one, Mint made me feel supported and confident, even as a complete beginner to strength training. She’s very encouraging and always pays attention to how I’m doing (both physically and mentally). I really appreciated how she would adjust each session based on my energy levels or how I was feeling that day, so every workout was effective but also sustainable. Over the months I trained with her, I became noticeably stronger, more confident, and much more comfortable in the gym. Each session was tailored, with clear explanations and a strong focus on technique and injury prevention which made me feel like I was in good hands. Even though personal training sessions can be expensive, I truly feel it was money well spent. Thanks to Mint, I have learnt how to train properly, understand basic nutrition, and build a sustainable routine. It was the perfect foundation before starting to train on my own. While I have stopped training with Mint due to financial reasons, I would not hesitate to engage her again if I have the means. Because of her guidance, I now feel more confident to train on my own, and I know how to structure my workouts and move with proper form, which is something I wouldn’t have achieved on my own.
