I decided I wanted to work on my fitness but I felt lost, I felt nervous going into the gym as a beginner, not familiar with most machines and workouts, the sight of muscular, seasoned guys just stopped me from starting😬 I was introduced to MSFIT by a relative, went for the trial and never looked back! I was assigned PT Denise and I have been training with her for close to a year now! She is knowledgeable, funny, entertaining, creative, providing advice from fitness to nutrition to recovery and is completely understanding of the pain of corporate life. She can also be your coffee!!! Her workouts will surely wake you up, no snoozing in her sessions! She is very patient in showing and explaining the workouts in details and correcting my form. There are always new workouts, sometimes adding the yoga touch to the strength training. She is very encouraging, constantly pushes me to my limits especially for exercises I dread and on days when I needed that extra push. I progressed to exercises I couldn’t imagine myself doing like pull ups, burpees and barbell squats. Started off with a 1h tutorial of BW squat😂, not able to lift > 4kg ES overhead, crawling to office the next few days, and then progressing to 30-35kg barbell back squat & 20kg clean & jerk. Thank you Denise for gifting me this strength and confidence. Having a PT keeps my progress in check and keeps me accountable. The other trainers are also very friendly, encouraging and funny, bringing much energy to the gym! I love the all women’s environment, judgement-free, beginner friendly. I will definitely recommend MSFIT and PT Denise for those who want to start but feel lost!!

She is very detailed and attentive, making sure of my proper posture and balancing different workout focus and intensity while monitoring my heart rate. Pris is appprochable too. The meal plans provided are meticulously crafted based on my goal, easy to follow as it includes affordable ingredients. Recently, I went through a surgery, msFit rendered their care and understanding by allowing me to freeze my package to recover. I am surprised by how readily they are while I believe other fitness centres may not allow or have a certain level of approval processes.
