Totally love the classes here! Small group sizes (so each individual gets the attention required esp for heavy lifts) and everyone is friendly, class program is also structured with (Strength) Push, Pull, Cardio and a weekly run. perfect if you are training for Hyrox. Coaches are professionally trained too, shout out to Coach J! He makes classes more enjoyable even tho the workouts are brutal. Hope Nova opens more outlets near CBD so that more of us can enjoy the experience 🫰🫰

My go to place for preparing a HYROX race. I’d recommend this gym who knows their way around the equipment, and just looking for a well stocked gym.

The location is convenient and it is a hyrox-ready training ground for those who wants to access, if not it has all the necessary Gym workout stations as well for your crossfit training regime. Provision of bathroom is a plus point for post-workout wash up. Highly recommended to try it out as me and my group of friends tested it during this soft launch period with great facilities to train in! Recently visited for Xmas edition workout session again! ✨💪🏻

Lovely new gym in the hood that's well equipped, instructors are very friendly and helpful too, plus a bonus is their nice toilet and shower facilities! Ended my session there with yummy kway chap at block 284 that's just walking distance away

This gym is very well equipped for functional training, especially Hyrox training!! A BIG plus is the amazing speakers they have and a beautiful clean and cosy toilet. They have shower facilities too which is really convenient
