Effy helped to address my posture concerns, giving me cues to be more mindful of my spinal articulations and posture during pilates workout. Highly encouraged people to sign up and have 1-1 sessions

Always looking forward to sessions with Effy, super effective and always target what I need. She customises every workout based on how my body feels that day, and her corrections are clear and encouraging. I’ve seen improvement in my strength, posture, and body awareness since training with her.

I have been enjoying my 1:1 classes with Teacher Effy. She takes the time to understand how I’m feeling before each class and then adjusts the movements and exercises accordingly. She also takes note of my weaker areas and helps me work on those, rather than just going through a standard workout plan. She recently used craniosacral therapy to help relieve my headache and upper body tension that I had been struggling with for a few days. After the session, I immediately felt a lot better. I’d definitely recommend Teacher Effy if you’re looking for an English speaking instructor.

One of the better equipped studios. Spacious with a nice changing area and pantry, there’s even healthy tea prepared! Lesson wise was okay, would prefer if the instructor name was mentioned rather than random! Helps if we like certain instructors better and want to find their classes.

Studio is very clean and nicely lit! Attended my first sculpt pro class and it was very enjoyable. Instructor Yi Ling was very attentive, always making sure everyone’s feeling alright and engaging the right core! 👍
