SAFRA EnergyOne (SAFRA Choa Chu Kang)

I signed up to train with a trainer named Syazwan, and he is extremely professional. He provides excellent advice and genuinely wants to see you achieve your goals. I initially started with 10 sessions and later extended for another 10 to learn more about how to properly use the gym equipment. I would highly recommend him as a trainer.

Great place, great ambience! Love the team led by Vijay, everyone is very friendly and welcoming. Fabulous team of people who make workout much more fun and motivating. The positive energy is contagious; it's a supportive and non-intimidating environment. For a beginner in weight training, I was initially nervous as a beginner, but the atmosphere made me feel right at home, not self-conscious. Special thanks to my personal trainer, Mei Zi, who always motivate and encourage me to go further. Special mention to the extremely friendly and wonderful people there, Vijay , Mei Zi, Trevin, Farah, Ethan, Zharyl. You made workout more fun and enjoyable! Keep up the good work!

Vijay and his team at Energy One are really solid. I just took a tour of the facility and it is spacious, clean, and extremely well-equipped. I didn't see anyone waiting around for machines because there was more than enough for everyone. The bathrooms and changing rooms are great and there's a huge covered pool. Operating hours are 6.30am-12am AND the best part - the Gym membership is SUPER value for money compared to chain gyms. I really don't think you can get this kind of value elsewhere.

Been a member since they are open, the team which comprises of Meizi, Farah, Arissa and the manager Vijay have kept the gym equipments up to date and kudos for listening to the member’s requests of bringing in machines. ✌️✌️

The gym is clean and the staff is nice! There's this lady called MeiZi she's very sweet and she always check if the place is in check. 5/5, just hoping for a upper back variation like t bar row
