Good place to workout, equipment and machines are adequate for every body parts. Plenty of treadmills and other cardio equipment. Toilet and showering area is clean and properly maintained. Staff here is friendly and knowledgeable, especially Patrick.

This gym may not be the newest energy one gym, but definitively the most homely. Aircon is always strong, equipment and toilet is always clean. Staff here like Patrick really make the gym a better place. He’s always very approachable and knowledgeable in what to do, and how to improve! 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼 appreciate all the advice and short chats with him!

Best gym and value for money if you want a gym without classes. Staff are friendly especially Patrick the star of the day that will cheer you up at the counter ! Convenient with towel service. Just bring your own workout attire. Improvement are some locker locks are not working. Either cannot lock or unlock. Should replace promptly to save keep member’s personal belongings. Steam room for both men and women section occasionally breaks down. Sometimes downtime can be up to 4 days. Should call for servicing and maintenance ASAP and improve the downtime to 2 days at least.
