very good gym with great variety of machines. some minor improvements can be made such as getting a chest supported row machine and having more plates in the lobby area. but none of these are big enough issues to warrant deducting a star. 100% will continue coming here

Been training here for a year, staff is super friendly, everything is clean and new. Lot of different machine and DB 40kg. Very good value for money

A nice, solid, no-frills gym in a great location in the heart of Katong. Good value for money, if you're looking for a non-fancy, relatively basic gym with 24 hour access, and all the usual weight training equipment. Very friendly owner and a nice vibe overall. Some of the machines are brand new, some a little older: all in good working order. Most likely will have everything most gym goers need. Very basic bathroom and shower facilities. My only gripe would be that the air feels a little stuffy inside at times. If there's anything I'd recommend improving, it would be to improve the ventilation somehow. Still, a good gym, can recommend!

Solid gym for serious fitness enthusiasts. You can buy 1-month membership at a time for competitive prices and access with keycard 24/7. High focus on strength machines but a few decent cardio machines and excellent functional strength room. Limited facilities for changing and shower FYI.

This is an excellent 24 hr gym and it is never crowded even during peak hours. You can find almost every exercise equipment available in a gym. If you make the effort to workout 🏋️‍♀️ regularly, you are sure to get bigger and stronger 💪
