Private gym with good equipment but take note there are no shower facilities

I went to the airport Flow pod, it was a wonderful experience. I was only transiting and wanted to get a quick work out in before my next flight, so I booked a session in. However, to get access you have to have internet connection and as I was only transiting, I was only relying on the airport wifi which didn’t reach the pod. After running back and forth for 5 minutes (which was already a workout in itself) I messaged them on IG and very soon after they helped me open the door remotely. Amazing services and a good workout session, will definitely come back again.

Good place especially for an individual who prefers less crowd and “me time” mood. Facilities are great too. Frequent Gym Pod user 😁 I booked for an hour workout and they emailed me asking to change the day and time because they encountered a power trip. Managed to rebook however missed the timing (430am instead of PM) thats my bad 😣 . Emailed their customer support hoping that they will consider my request since the 430pm - 530pm is still free and available. They rejected, instead they refunded. I can book myself, they made my day Customer Support answers query promptly and in a professional way. Thank you for your kindness and consideration. More power! Anna
