I’ve been training with Ryan for close to 3 years now. Ryan is a dedicated personal trainer. He plans each session thoughtfully, adapts exercises to suit my physical needs, and consistently ensures proper technique and safety. You can see his professionalism in the way he carefully takes notes and tracks the programme for every session. What sets Ryan apart is his encouragement and patience — he never compromises on repetitions, yet always makes sure each set is challenging but manageable. About a year ago, my elderly mother, who is 75, started training with him as well. Since then, I’ve seen a remarkable improvement in her overall health, and she genuinely looks forward to every training session with Ryan. Thank you, Ryan, for your dedication and care.

Really friendly staff especially Ser Ng! She had been extraordinary in helping familiarise myself with the gym. It also has everything needed for members of all kinds, all equipment is modern, functional and safe, very nice aesthetic, lighting and hygiene facilities all positively contributing towards your gym experience! Really recommend gym goers no matter the level of experience!

Great gym with everything you need for a solid workout. The day pass is SGD 38, and the space is well-equipped with free weights, cable machines, cardio gear, plus clean showers and a proper changing area.

It’s definitely a much smaller space on overall. No shower facilities available and locker room is also quite crammed (you need to bring your own lock). Toilet is exceptionally small as well. That said, i really loved the environment, lighting, nicely-maintained equipments and generally crowd etiquette. The weights are of top condition, hardly any equipments under repair, air-con, ventilation, and lighting was good as well to enjoy a workout. There’s also full glass windows to enjoy abit of a scenery outside. Staff and trainers are all really friendly. Although its a smaller space, there’s definitely enough equipments, and there isn’t much of a crowd as well when I was there on a weekend afternoon. The yoga area at the basement is under renovation currently.
