I started when I was at one of my highest weights, and everything felt like a struggle—exercising regularly was tough, and sticking to a diet felt almost impossible. That all changed when I joined TYFIT and met my amazing coach, Han Wei. Since then, I’ve lost a significant amount of weight and feel so much stronger and more confident. Even on days when I’ve just landed from overseas in the morning, I will make an effort to attend evening training. The training is challenging but fun, and the support from Han Wei keeps me motivated every step of the way. And Hanwei really helped me to set a good foundation for future - over 13 weeks, my weight dropped 10kg and body fat reduced by 11% by consciously making changes to my lifestyle - food, workouts etc. The results speak for themselves. Just after 3 months of completing his Signature Program, I've lost 3.3kg, muscle mass increased by 2.5% and body fat dropped to 12.9%! Even in a group setting he pays individual attention and knows each person's strengths and weaknesses. He is friendly, with a very positive attitude.
