U-Elite Martial Fitness

Attended this half a day course with instructor Zed and Gerald. Both of them are patient to guide and correct us on our techniques during the short 4 hour session. They also checked in regularly if we have any questions. Instructor Zed is also humorous and shared many life stories which keeps us engaged during the session. He also uses the life stories to remind us to be wary and not be complacent and importance to be alert and aware of environment at all times.

I've really enjoyed training with U-Elite Martial Fitness for the past couple of months. The training has helped improve my stamina, balance and coordination. The self-defense classes were very informative, provided me with practical self-defense skills, and most importantly, it was really fun! The instructor Zac is always professional, gives clear instructions and provides accomodations and further demonstrations as needed. I always look forward to my next class! What a fantastic way to keep healthy and in shape!

I had the opportunity to train under Zac for combat as part of our airline security training for cabin crew, and it was an excellent experience. He is professional, patient, and very knowledgeable. Zac explains techniques clearly, making sure we not only understand but also feel confident applying them in real-life situations. His training sessions are engaging, practical, and tailored to our needs as crew. I really appreciate how he creates a safe but challenging environment for us to learn.
