View on GoogleI tried Muay Thai few years ago and didn’t make it past the warm up session. But with Van Lee Fitness, I managed to have a balanced but sufficiently challenging warm up and exercises. I learnt Muay Thai moves within the first lesson and even though it’s a class, she will personally give you advice and push you past your limits. My classmates so far are super friendly, patient and helpful and I think the overall class vibes is very beginner friendly and positive.
