Virgin Active Raffles Place

Did a one-week trial at Virgin Active Raffles Place and had a really good experience. Special thanks to Rifa, she was super kind and responsive, helped us with the booking and settled everything smoothly. Made the whole trial experience very easy and enjoyable!

I’ve had an excellent experience at Virgin Active, and I want to give a special shoutout to Bryan, the Sales Representative. He has been incredibly helpful, attentive, and patient in understanding my needs and guiding me through the membership options — his professionalism made the process seamless and enjoyable. The facilities at Virgin Active are truly premium. The gym is well-maintained, the classes are professional and engaging, and the personal trainers are highly knowledgeable, providing expert guidance and personalized support. I particularly love the wellness facilities — the salt room, the steam room (which is refreshingly odor-free), and the ice room with a great atmosphere all make recovery and relaxation enjoyable. Overall, Virgin Active combines top-tier facilities, professional staff, and exceptional service, and Bryan’s assistance made my experience even better. Highly recommended!

Great gym offering varied services like classes, cardio and weights section, with expansive recovery rooms as well (cold plunge, steam and ice rooms and salt room). Toilets are clean and offer amenities as well. Rifa, JJ and Mark attended to me for my trial session and were friendly and approachable.

Do look out for Byran Ng if you are new to the gym or just go for a free trial. I personally had a great trial experience at Raffles outlet with Bryan. He was extremely kind, patient, and attentive throughout the workout. I really appreciated how he took the time to walk me through the floors and made sure I was comfortable with every exercise, while he also knew when to leave me alone and let me do my own workout. There was no pressure or hard selling at all — just genuine care and professionalism. Highly recommend Bryan if you’re looking for a trainer who truly listens and pays attention to details!

I recently signed up for Virgin Active and the whole experience was such a breeze. Virgin Active’s facilities are honestly amazing. The gym floor is spacious and well-ventilated, the equipment is top-notch, the changing rooms are spotless, and the wide variety of classes are so inviting. You can tell they’ve really thought about creating a place where members actually want to spend time. But what really sealed the deal for me was a really cool agent named Stanley. His professionalism, attention to detail, and warm personality made everything so stress-free. He made me feel confident about joining and genuinely excited to start my fitness journey here. Even before I met him in the gym (was referred to him by a friend and we texted over WhatsApp first) he was super friendly, approachable, and patient. He walked me through all the membership details, explained the different options, and answered every question clearly. It never felt like a sales pitch, more like chatting with someone who genuinely cared about helping me finding the right fit. Thanks for being such a warm person and grateful to be under your care in VA. He’s a real asset to Virgin Active and honestly the reason I signed up with a smile.
