Willow Flow Studio

I went for my first pilate (+reformer) class today. Sophia was very patient and helpful in explaining each movement well. She helped to correct my posture when I wasn't doing it right. It was a good challenge and definitely a good burn. I had a wonderful first experience and am looking forward to my next workout there :)

I did my first ever pilates reformer class with Sophia and she was patient and clear in her instructiona. The teacher to student ratio 1:7 to me was ideal (idk what is the usual ratio as it’s my first reformers session) as it allowed me to receive timely feedback. Definitely felt the burn from the work out too! Highly recommend this studio 😊

Willow Flow Studio is a new reformer pilates & aerial studio located within walking distance from Macpherson MRT. It’s housed within an industrial building and may be a little hard to find - but once you step in, you’ll immediately be greeted by a gorgeous studio interior and very friendly and patient people. I booked an intermediate-level reformer pilates class with Vanlessa through Classpass, which definitely packed a burn! Will be back 👍

Attended the aerial basic and pilate basic class through the trial class package. Both classes were conducted by Sophia, they were fun and engaging! She's also very observant and patiently attended to each and everyone in the class to guide us through poses, and checked on our postures. Will surely return to try out other classes like the mat pilate, aerial stretch, detox and restorative yoga. Another plus point is the location of the studio which is easily accessible and very close to MacPherson MRT. The interior is neat, clean and cozy. Such a lovely place for practice!
