Nice gym, quite clean! (edit:i take it back.) Staff are quite nice. But -2 stars because they should honestly stop letting people record in the gym. 2 guys kept stopping people from passing through or use the stations nearby so they could film themselves. We all paid the same amount. I don’t understand their elitist mindset. The egocentric energy here is why not many people are signing up for gyms… edit: i went again, and it's crowded as usual. i used the communal towel to wipe down the equipment before using it but it smelled funky and i ignored it. fast forward a week later.....i have a rash which i thought was a small thing due to the towel... then it developed into a infection which i am getting emergency surgery for tomorrow. fml.

Firas has made coming to the gym a genuinely welcoming and motivating experience. As this is my very first gym membership, the atmosphere matters a great deal to me—and it’s one of the main reasons I keep coming back consistently. The staff are warm, but Firas in particular stands out for his friendliness and attentiveness. He never fails to offer a genuine, warm welcome each time I arrive, which really sets the tone for a positive workout. That said, I would like to flag a recurring facilities issue at the Seletar Mall outlet. Despite being one of the more popular and high-traffic locations, the hand soap in the washrooms has repeatedly been left unrefilled or overly diluted for months. This is disappointing, especially when other outlets consistently provide full and proper hand soap. I hope management can look into this and address it promptly, as hygiene standards are an important part of the overall gym experience. Overall, a great gym made even better by dedicated staff like Firas—just hoping to see more consistency in basic facilities upkeep.

Hot and stuffy in the mornings, toilets are always dirty with urine stains on all the toilet bowls, not much soap for washing hands. Only saving grace is the wide range of equipment, and it is very nice to work out during off peak periods, with very little crowd. Definitely can take a leaf off from Fernvale CC's branch, where the cleaner pak cik is always on top of things in terms of cleaning and maintaining the entire gym

I’ve had such a great experience at this gym thanks to Randy’s outstanding management. He goes above and beyond to make everyone feel welcome, supported, and motivated. Randy is approachable, attentive, and always ready to help with advice—whether it’s about equipment, workout routines, or simply creating a positive atmosphere. He leads by example, keeping the gym well-organized, clean, and running smoothly. What stands out most is his genuine care for members—he remembers names, celebrates progress, and makes the effort to connect with people on a personal level. Randy has truly created a space where it feels great to train, and his energy makes all the difference. Highly recommended!

I hate to give one star to a new gym but can't help it. We all know how hot Singapore is and then have a gym which has mediocre to no AC is just nuts. I don't understand why don't they keep the aircons on. It gets so hot, you'll start loosing focus on workout. Then there is the washroom/changing area issue. They clean all the changing rooms at the same same time. The whole area is super wet, like it rained. You'll have to wait a solid 15 mins for them to clean it up. That's again a big issue. Both of this I personally highlighted them but no change. I regret my decision to join this gym honestly. I hope the admin reads my comments and does something about it. It is not cheap in any sense to give such terrible services.
