My experience in Amore Fitness @ Heartland Mall has been consistently excellent, thanks primarily to its fantastic team in this branch. A positive experience begins the moment you walk into the fitness centre. The reception staff like Peggy, Hannah, Amy and Barbara consistently greets everyone with their warmest smiles, creating a friendly and welcoming vibe. This give a good first impression that makes a huge difference and sets the tone for a great workout session. The majority of the Instructors are not only knowledgeable but also highly engaged and motivating. Instructors like Claudia, Claire, Den, Nino, Lock, Brian and Jessica are the energy powerhouses of the studio. They are tireless in their efforts to hype up the class, creating an infectious and fun environment. Their enthusiasm is a major reason why the exercises, even the tough ones, feel enjoyable and something to look forward to. As for Instructor Lock, he is exceptional. He doesn't just run through routines; he provides valuable, personalised tips on form and technique that have significantly improved my workouts and help prevent injury. His focusing on correct posture is incredibly appreciated. It will be great if he can offer classes at night, which would undoubtedly benefit many more members. Anyway, this is more than just a place for workout; it's a community-focused fitness centre built on with great instructors and genuine customer care. Whether you're a beginner looking for guidance or a regular seeking motivation, the combination of expert instructors and the welcoming front desk team makes this Fitness centre in Heartland Mall highly recommendable.

At heartland mall outlet definitely one of the the best and favorite place for exercise and spa treatment. Incredibly friendly and helpful counter staffs and would greets every members by name the moment you step in. Shout out to Ms Hannah for her excellent service and patience, she will always help to solve my query and provide me with great advice. Keep up the great work.

Deeply disappointed with my recent experience with Amore, I was misled by the counter staff who were pushing me to renew, and the 'HQ' I was directed to was extremely unhelpful and did not properly look into the matter. The Amore staff are often pushy when it comes to renewing packages, and when my last package expired, I was reluctant to renew immediately since I would be moving houses and was getting married. I was told by the staff that I could still renew now, as my new package would only start once I was ready to return. Later, I found out the package had been activated automatically, and I was asked to pay a holding fee to extend the 7 months I had unknowingly lost. When I raised this with customer service, they stood by the staff’s word without any proof and didn’t take the opportunity to resolve it fairly. They kept citing their 'default' policies, which none of the long standing members we spoke to are aware of, and it is not stated in their contract terms. It’s unfortunate, as I had trusted their advice and expected better transparency and consistency in their policies. There are definitely better gyms out there, with clearer policies and more accountability.

My name is madam siti Aishah called me Sid. Yes I have found that the staffs of the spa are very vibrant, friendly, jovial . The spa is very clean and well maintained and condusived and good for relaxing the mind . I feel like continuing if I have the opportunity. I'm going to miss all of them and hope with my attribution here the staffs are motivated to continue their services although when I come as a tourist in the future. Guys keep it up.

I would like to compliment the staff at Heartland Mall Particularly Ms Angie, Ms Na Na and Ms Hannah. Ms Angie is full of zest and can feel her efficiency. Serving customers well and making things move smoothly. As for Ms Na Na , she’s calm and poise and can ‘calm’ all the panic mode people She will help to her best ability and always assure us everything can be worked out. Her signature smile is always on her face. I can genuinely feel her care and concern. Lastly, Ms Hannah. A vibrant lively warm counter staff. She always manage to make everyone feel welcome and relax to go amore. She will also resolve issues in a tactful way and making everyone happy. Good dedicated staff are hard to come by.
