Was looking for a place to restart my fitness routine and learn the basics of gym equipment and form. Started here in August and Emanuel has done a great job making each session accessible and fun! It didn’t feel like I was pushing my limits, but after a couple weeks I already felt stronger, more stable and toned in my day to day life and much better performance in my other sports too. View on GoogleThe gym is will equipped with all the appropriate gym training equipment. Trainers are all very friendly and walking into the gym makes one feel comfortable and not feel intimidated. My personal trainer Andrew took time to understand my objective, curate the set of exercises which varies weekly that activate the relevant muscle groups and increases the weights when he is confident that I’m more than ready. I’ve engaged Andrew since 2017 and I’m a strong advocate of engaging a personal trainer rather than diy to avoid sustaining injury and also to offer that little nudge which helps drive improvement in the overall fitness journey.
