Joined this 3 months ago and it has been the best decision for 2025. Have been going for the classes almost daily and I love how each class is unique and different. There is also a theme focus each week. Love the classes and instructors here. Everyone including the students are so warm and friendly. This is a really loving community. Looking forward for a stronger core together in 2026! ❤️
View on GoogleBeen coming here for about 3 months now and honestly… I really love it. 💛 No two classes feel the same, even when it’s the same instructor and class type, which keeps things fresh and not boring at all. I also like the fact how the instructors tweak some parts when they see the class is capable of doing more. Every instructor is super warm and friendly. They really watch your posture, correct you when needed, and will actually encourage you when you get it right (small wins but feels so good 😂). Pilates here just hits different. You have to try to find out! Highly recommend if you’re thinking of starting Pilates.
View on GoogleI signed up a package with Club Pilates but fell ill and was hospitalized in July/ August. I wasn’t well enough to attend any classes and checked in with the studio if I could suspend my package after my hospitalization. They couldn’t allow except during the hospitalization period. I have not attended any classes in August, September, October and November and accepted the fact that my package will expire and go to waste. To my horror in late November, I was notified by my credit card bank that Club Pilates have charged another 6 months package ($1495) to my credit card. When I checked in with them, they insisted that I have to give a one month notice and they do not check if their members utilized their package or not. And they will only refund me after deducting another $299 (1 month fee) from the $1495 package. They will charge me for another month of studio access regardless. I went down this week to have a try with Pilates. Pain shot up and I went to speak to the counter staff. And I was told that I am given a full refund of $1495 and she showed me the records on their system. Indeed, it was shown as a full refund of $1495. I contacted the studio over whatsapp again, and they continue with their stance of not refunding me. So much for a health and fitness club who couldn’t care less except to sell classes and packages. The last point to note is that there is no way for you to remove your credit card information that is stored on their app. They have to agree to manually delete your credit account information. I am really disappointed with my experience. I thought forfeiting the 4 months was bad enough. Being charged for another 6 months package was the shocker and their refusal to refund the entire sum.
View on Google1-1 with Melissa...she has helped me greatly in making my knee stronger and dealing with my recent sprained ankle. Can feel and see my body getting stronger. I am more confident now on reformer and aware of how to use the relevant abs and muscles in the various exercises. Update: Sessions with Melissa have given me a very good foundational understanding and better execution of reformer exercises. I have recently rejoined the group sessions and consciously try to do the exercises correctly as taught by Melissa. She is so patient and encouraging in guiding and correcting me in the 1-1 sessions. She is a very professional and great trainer. Thank you Melissa😊
