Elite Performance Training is absolutely top-notch! The coaches (esp bro Nat) are incredibly knowledgeable, supportive, and truly dedicated to helping you reach your goals. Every session is challenging in the best way, and the personalized attention makes a huge difference. The facility is clean, well-equipped, and has a great atmosphere that keeps you motivated. EPT changed my life. When I first tried the classes at EPT, I was just beginning my fitness journey. The thought of stepping into a gym intimidated me. It seemed too demanding for someone who barely exercised and had never once passed a NAPFA 2.4km run test. What I found here was beyond my expectations. The community welcomed me with open arms. The trainers are not only highly knowledgeable, but also genuinely caring. They were constantly watching my form, believing in my potential, and encouraging me to push for more. Losing weight once felt impossible, yet I shed 10kg of fat and gained muscle at this gym in the span of a few months. More importantly, it transformed how I live every day. I can now climb mountains, have the energy to be present for my loved ones, and carry a confidence I’ve never felt before. Functional training here has prepared me not only my daily life, but also my physically demanding job. The atmosphere in the gym feels friendly, just like a second home.
