Amazing facilities. Near workplace so it’s easy to drop by during lunch time. Staffs always smiling! Shout out to Yuvan for making me feel welcome every time i tap in for a workout.

This gym provides ample space for strength training, a pool, dedicated room for workout classes, and even have cold plunge and sauna! Came here for a Hyrox foundation class; It was intense for a beginner, but fun enough that it felt like time just flew by. The trainer, Roslyn was professional and encouraging. She took the time after class to explain more about Hyrox. The other staff were friendly and helpful too!

The staff at the counter is awesome especially Liya, Hayley and Yuvan . They are always so cheerful and patient even when the club is crowded . They listen to our requests and try their best to resolve . I like the vibes of the club too.

I visited Fitness First at Mapletree for the first time, and I was honestly so impressed with my overall experience! Everything was spotless, well-organized, and filled with high-quality equipment that caters to every type of workout whether you’re doing cardio, strength training, or functional exercises. But what truly made my first visit memorable was the amazing customer service, especially from Liya, the gym receptionist. She greeted me with the warmest smile and was incredibly friendly and professional throughout my visit. Liya patiently guided me through the check-in process, gave me a detailed tour of the facilities, and made sure I felt completely comfortable and informed before starting my workout. Her positive attitude and genuine care really stood out. it’s rare to meet someone who makes you feel so welcome right away! Huge shoutout to Liya for making my first experience at Fitness First Mapletree such a pleasant and motivating one. I’ll definitely be coming back!

I’ve been training at Fitness First Mapletree for a while now, and it’s been a great experience! The front desk is always warm and welcoming — especially Yuvan, who is super friendly and professional. She always greets everyone with a smile and makes check-ins quick and pleasant. A big shoutout to Raj, my trainer, for his dedication and expertise. He’s incredibly knowledgeable, motivating, and ensures every session is effective and personalized. I’ve seen noticeable improvement thanks to his guidance. Overall, an excellent gym with a positive vibe, great staff, and top-notch facilities. Highly recommended! 💪
