Love the space and the setup! Had all the space for myself. Wish you guys would have 1 or 2 treadmills but other than that, it has everything you need for Hyrox training. Definitely will be back again!

My partner and I booked the space on the 2nd level and we would return to this gym in the future to train with official HYROX equipment. We took the runs outside where traffic was pretty alright for a Sunday morning. Two thumbs up!

Booked a slot to train a client for her upcoming Hyrox race. Great space with top quality equipment. Added bonus was I got to connect to the studio speakers and play my own terrible music choices. Highly recommended if you want top quality equipment and a great location in the east.

Took the “shred and build full body” through ClassPass and really enjoyed the session by Trainer Ernest - he was fun, engaging and attentive! The HIIT workout is split into 5 zones. Each zone has 3 time-based sets with little rest in between. Each zone is repeated twice, followed by 1 minute of rest. I like the boxing zone a lot as it was something new for me and didn’t feel intimidating to try for the first time.
