Gayathri and her team were absolutely amazing! They allowed us to set up early and patiently waited while we took extra time to clean up. Throughout the event, they were incredibly helpful, accommodating, and went the extra mile to ensure everything ran smoothly. Communication was effortless. Gayathri was always easy to reach by phone. Truly one of the best events I’ve ever organized, thanks to her outstanding support!

The gym at HomeTeamNS Bukit Batok is excellent! The equipment is modern and well-maintained, with a good variety for both strength training and cardio. The place is always clean and spacious, and the air-conditioning makes workouts comfortable even during hot days. Staff are friendly and helpful, and it’s never too crowded. Definitely one of the best community gyms around — highly recommended!

Actually it's Heavenly Wang. 1st time came here since shift to new hse at Sungei Tengah. There also Fairprice supermarket & others that i come through.

The swimming pool is one of the best in the area. With friendly staff who show genuine care and concern whenever they can. Got to take note of the operating hours if you are trying to squeeze in a last swim of the night! Exit by 915pm!! 👌🏻👌🏻

our futsal slot was at 6-8pm, by 7pm the gates were still not open, although i understand that due to lightning alert they were unable to do so but by 6:20pm the lightning alerts were cleared and yet no one came to open even till 7:15pm. we called the number stated for enquiry multiple times but they seemed untrained and unable to answer our questions without needing to ask higher management, and yet they don’t allow us to speak to their manager lol, they said they were only able to open the doors at 8pm which is right at the end of our slots seemingly trying to avoid us by completely cancelling our slots, they could’ve just told us to go back home instead, we spent atleast 2 hours traveling there, yet no sympathy or cooperation of the staffs and management. i absolutely admire their perseverance in differing our questions away and state that they based it on NEA weather forecast, at 6:40 I checked NEA weather forecast singapore was cleared of lightning, which i then contacted them again, they then they said only higher management could clear it lol. they kept cutting the call mid conversation or asking us to call a different number… if you can’t handle customers request don’t even put your number on the cage signs what an absolute waste of time, the field was in bad condition anyways please do not come here for football, funny how the number is for enquiries and emergencies yet they have no patience or knowledge to answer to anything.
