Had a corporate handstand group class with Trainer Benjamin. Really insightful and the team had good fun learning the basics of handstand. People had the fear of falling and injury before the lesson, but with the careful guidance and progression plan from the trainer, everybody completed not only injury free but also surprised at what they had accomplished. Highly recommended as a unique corporate team bonding activity.

In addition to the effective training, the team of coaches are involved and dedicated to ensuring that the exercises are done with the correct form while mixing things up now and then to prevent working out from being a chore. I also really appreciate the support and engagement that the team puts out via the telegram chat and channels. The team is approachable and friendly even outside of the designated training hours. In addition to that, he shared with me the anabolic way of preparing food to let me understand how low calorie intake home cooked meals can reduce body fats effectively.
