The best gym ever no cap, effa syakirah and nazimah was very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. Would recommend friends and family to come by.

The gym should consider automating the issuing of lockers and towels. Because the white haired gym attendant does nothing. Does not even greet patrons. Gym is good but please train your public facing staff.

This gyms has almost all the needed equipment and machines . Most importantly it is not crowded during the super peak time . There is steam room and shower area . You are allow to take two tower per session . The treadmill is facing the swimming pool and it helps motivate runner to run with the nice scenery. After gym you can head to the cafe or restaurant below the gym and there are plentiful of car park parking spaces .

Great variety of gym equipment for your exercising needs. Well maintained and equipped. Given 4 stars as i think the washroom and water dispenser area maintenance can be further improved else do not think the cleanliness of the facilities can last for long down the road

Great plc for good workout w/o being overcrowded. Good varieties of machines and plenty of weights. Have steamroom in the bath area. Plc is well maintained as cleaners will wash up the entire plc after Gym is closed at the end of everyday. It is under Gymmboxx management and have discount for Home Team and SAFRA card members which the former has the besy rates.
