This gym is overrun by foreign workers at night (from 6pm - 11pm), making it uncomfortable for locals to workout here as the smell is very strong. It is empty past midnight, and in the afternoon, good for people who work at odd hours. Just remember to clean the equipments before use as I noticed many don’t bring a towel, though cleaning equipments are not provided by the gym.

Fantastic gym with well-maintained equipment, adequate for strength training and daily workouts. It’s a great place for beginners as well. The atmosphere is welcoming, and the owners are friendly and helpful. Great value for the price, highly recommended!
