Discovere Raw by chance when they were still at city hall. Decided to give ir a go since Glenn was unfazed by the injuries I was trying to workaround and recover from. In the last 10 sessions I have found him to be patient, knowledgeable and encouraging. If you are looking to move out of rehab, and have it personalised, i'd highly recommend you give this a go.

I've been training with Glenn at his gym for six months, and it has been a rewarding journey. His expertise and knowledge is evident from the start. I especially appreciate the carefully tailored workouts to my specific goals and needs. A few months ago, I strained a muscle during a sports session and he was able to help with stretching exercises to aid in recovery. The private gym environment is great, unlike a big gym that has many people in the same space. Glenn is professional, kind and patient. I highly recommend any one who is thinking of starting physical training to train with Glenn.

Holistic personal training at RAW Active Orchard is the perfect mix of challenging and comfortable. It is challenging because my fitness coach Glenn Ang will makes sure I give all I can and do my best. The facilities and the staff are very conductive to great training with visible sustainable results. And it is comfortable in the sense that is very welcoming. I always felt quite intimidated when entering those commercial gyms, wondering if I was doing things the right way or anyone judging my appearance. At RAW Active everyone is welcoming and warm, allowing me to better learn how to take care of my body with privacy. The best part about training with my personal trainer is that he understood what I needed, even better than me. He is not just an elite personal trainer in Singapore, he is also a personal health and fitness trainer. Of course his knowledge about what exercises/ techniques to do, how to do them and what diet to have is impeccable. But as I began my fitness journey, my fitness coach Glenn was able to clearly understand what I was looking for, even better than what I could articulate it. In the end it shows that he is truly invested in her clients, by understanding them deeply.

I've been training at RAW Active for the past 3 months and my trainer was Glenn himself! I enjoyed myself during the workout sessions because Glenn made things fun, really easy to understand and ensured each workout he taught suited my fitness level & strengths. I also love that he constantly pushes you to your very limit so that you will become better and better. My stamina improved a lot after training with him! He's also very knowledgeable in his expertise (health science, how body muscles affect us, etc.) and keen to share health, fitness tips and advice. Coach Glenn is very experience and incredibly meticulous. He tailored made the training to meet our group's needs, even though we came with different fitness level. He was very observance and noticed our problem areas; he modified the exercise when it's necessary and pushed us when he knew we could go beyond. He really made the sessions challenging yet fun and enjoyable. Glenn has helped me achieved my fitness goal. I highly recommend Glenn to anyone who is looking for a trainer with solid expertise and a great personal touch.
