Enjoyed classes here! The timings at studio work for me and instructors are really fun and motivating . Somehow there are always variations in the songs - I've joined quite some varied themes so far. Good facilities and always kept clean and tidy.

Sync Cycle is the best spin studio ever!! The people are nice, friendly, warm and accommodating. The instructors are really encouraging and they make sure every customer enjoys the whole experience. And the music they play is bomb. Must go!

I took Carol’s private class today and could immediately tell she is a very passionate trainer. She made sure everyone could keep up, even though our group had people of different ages and physical abilities. She kept the session engaging, pushed us to our limits, and still made it fun. Highly recommend!
